Coco Plum Inn

Fantastic location; right in the heart of it all, which is what we wanted. We’re willing to accept compromises elsewhere, but not quite as much as we did.

Floor was dirty in our room Breakfast was too limited; frankly I would have sacrificed a cooked element for a more comprehensive continental option. The parking situation was difficult; could have easily solved by a heads up before arriving and a bit of cooperation between the hotel and local private parking spots. No safe.

Location, general appearance and staff.

Nothing

Excellent. Staff was accommodating and courteous. Rooms were very clean and well attended. Excellent location. Quiet.

No bathroom near the pool.

Great location. Breakfast choices good and adequate but very rude and surly cook.

Cleanliness in room leaves a lot to be desired. Floors and skirting boards need a good scrub. Treacherous stairs to upstairs room so not for mobility challenged.

Floors especially the rugs were dirty. The bottoms of my feet were black from walking barefoot. I dont plan to stay here again

The room/location were excellent and very clean also...

Breakfast was poor! With limited seating. We witnessed a dispute with another guest, who was rudely told to leave as he had a young child with them!. Seeing as the hotel is a adult only hotel this can be seen as a reasonable request. However, the staff ranging from the cook to the management were disgusting in handling the situation. The female manager swore at the couple using the F-word in front of their young child and also other guests...which we found very very unprofessional to say the least.... Common decency dictates you take the customer to one side and speak privately to resolve any issues which they did not do!!. For this very reason only we will not be visiting this particular hotel again , which is a shame because it was a beautiful property.

All the staff was phenomenal, helpful and kind. Everyday our breakfast was delicious we felt like we had our own personal chef, rooms were clean, the water cooler by the pool is a great idea. It’s a perfect location close to restaurants, bars, shopping, local activities
