"Clean rooms, comfortable beds"

Good breakfast, clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows

The blinds in our room were not adjustable due to the cords being cut. So being part way open and a gas station lit up all night across the parking lot did not make for a good rest. Very thin walls, can hear walking very easily in the hallway, down the steps the elevator and the adjoining rooms. Limited TV channels

The bed was clean.

The 2nd shift staff did not tell my cousin who was staying with me that I was waiting on her to check in. The staff told her I did not have a room, even though she showed them my name and confirmation number. This resulted in us being late for a funeral.
