"There is a reason for this hotel not booking out in such excellent location right next to Puebla Cathedral"

Location is perfect

1. The guy is very rude 2. Found a bug on bed sheet running, it took me an hour talking to the guy and the lady to cancel or change the room, finally they changed the room for us 3. The room size is very small, it is not like as 350sft on the booking.com(only 150sft) 4. Wifi was not working

Hice la reservación por medio de la app y no me respetaron el precio me cobraron mas de la mitad de lo q habia pagadola persona q estaba en reservación no me ayudó a subir las maletas diciendo q eso lo le correspondía
