Hyatt Place Lake Mary/Orlando North

Location was good, initial front desk was friendly and offered me bottled water

I specifically booked this room with the expectation of being able to use the jacuzzi and pool. The Jacuzzi was out of order for the entire stay, and the water was luke warm cold tepid to the same degree as the pool. Unusable pool and jacuzzi .Pool had debris and film on top. Breakfast eggs were disgusting, It was also advertised as including a restaraunt but the only thing available per the front desk was frozen heated items. Hair in shower upon arrival.

noisy neighbor, but i straightened that out! everything was great

Hot water flowed when running the cold faucet. Very noisy bed springs.

The Bed was very comfortable

My overall experience was spoilt because the fridge in the room was making a noise all night which kept me up half the night
