Hilton Garden Inn Jackson/Pearl

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pearl, Mississippi. Marcus, the Assistant General Manager, truly went above and beyond with his customer service. He was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about guest care. He made sure I arrived safely at the hotel and checked in comfortably — it’s clear he really cares about people. Bruce, the shuttle driver, was also amazing. He was incredibly courteous and friendly, and went out of his way to make sure my trip went smoothly. It’s rare to find staff who are so dedicated and thoughtful. Thanks to Marcus and Bruce, my stay was memorable for all the right reasons. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and hospitality!

The interstate is very loud all night. If you are a light sleeper probably not the place to stay. Other than that it’s a great place. They have a breakfast buffet available for $12.50/person.

Asked for feather free, and even called. Then when checking in assured me feather free. Of course it wasnt. 1 of 4 pillows was feather. Room smelled musty and blind was wore out where you could see light coming through as it must be old.

The property was clean and safe

Next time I will request a room opposite of the highway. It was very loud from road noise which made it difficult to sleep.

We stayed at the Hilton in Pearl because of their shuttle to the airport. We got much more than that in the excellent service and communication from their staff but mainly one young woman named Tone’ Owens. The hotel is clean, well kept and in a safe location. We left our vehicle there a week. Tone’ made sure we had the information to get to the airport in a timely manner via their shuttle. She wrote notes as to our need for the next day and even took our phone number. On our return trip, she’s the one that drove the shuttle and picked use up. She stopped at our vehicle and helped us with our bags. We just had an excellent experience all the way around.

The room was next to interstate and noisy all night. No sound barrier

Hated that breakfast wasn’t included in the cost. But it was worth the price. Premium ingredients used for breakfast
