Please note that Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments requires an AUD 200 credit card pre-authorization upon check in. Please note that cot rental is AUD $50 per week. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028. We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests. However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us. Please consider these works when making your reservation with us.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
