Pour récupérer la clé de l'appartement c'était facile dans une boite à clé à code donné la veille par mail, à l'"extérieur de la réception , arrivée heure tardive, le parking est facile d'accès et sens unique, chariot disponible au parking, la sympathique gérante à la réception.

Dans la cuisine, il manquait une passoire sinon tout est bien.

The location and view were fabulous, positioned straight across the road from the beach with the North Surfers platform for the G: tram directly out the back driveway of the property. The rooms were spacious and the floor plan suited us perfectly. The kitchen was very well equipped, better than all other apartments that I've stayed in. The facilities of pools, hot tub and gym were appreciated and not closed for maintenance (which I've encounted elsewhere). The linen (bed sheets and towels) were clean and fresh. There is excellent airconditioning in living areas and in the bedrooms, together with workable fans in both bedrooms. The balcony is huge and wonderful, it looks straight over the beach. The parking space was excellent and appreciated.

The blackout blinds in the kitchen and lounge rooms could not be operated as there was no workable remote. The jets in the spa-bath didn't work. There is a distinctive smell in the apartment, noticeable and unavoidable when you walk into the apartment, but becomes unnoticeable after a few minutes and only becomes noticeable again when you step out, and step back in again. I suspect it has something to do with the paint cans in the cupboard in the laundry. The retractable fans in the bedroom are very dusty and need a good clean. The tapware in the bathroom is dated, difficult to stop the dripping and could use an upgrade, but on the whole the bathrooms are great/large/functional. There was construction noise from the contruction of Iconica (Meriton development) next door, as was expected and explained in booking confirmation, however, the confirmation claimed that there was no redevelopment occuring within Hi Surf itself which was not correct. There was extensive development underway in unit 27A during our stay which was noisy, inconvenient and on occasion quite confusing when trying to use the lifts in the afternoon.

Pool, Spa and Sauna

The room is very OLD, very rundown, dryer wasn’t working, bathroom was leaking, toilet seat didn’t stay on properly, lots of cracks on both of the vanity, stayed for 7 nights but they only provided supplies enough for 2 nights, lots of stained on walls & couch.
