Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments OFFICIAL SITE

The location was amazing right in front of the beach, tram was on the other side which made everything easy

The place was not clean at all when we arrived at 4pm. Unfortunately this made us quite uncomfortable. So I had dark hair pubic hair all through my bathroom, my friends bathroom had toothpaste and build up of whoever was last in that room. Both shower doors wouldn’t even shut. Toilet roll holder was broken in the main bedroom. Bedrooms had no blankets on the beds, at all we had to ask reception for some. They gave us some but they didn’t smell clean at all. The cleaner came back the next day and she attempted to re clean what she had missed the previous day however she ended up leaving half way through and told us she doesn’t wipe down the showers or use any water to clean them. Under our couch was old food, dirty cutlery and just built up dust and crumbs 😣 none of the dishes were actually clean we had to get out what we were using and clean them again before using. Microwave someone must of burnt something in there because we used it once for too heat up some food but unfortunately it made the meals have quite a burnt taste so we just didn’t use it again. I told the manager Dave that the room had still been halve cleaned and he didn’t really care because nobody came back to sort it out for us. I don’t know if we just got a bad room or maybe there managers don’t check the rooms but me and my friend ended up paying $1572 for 5 nights. So quite a bit of money for two people and the room was not clean. And a lot of the things in the room were broken.. There was also little toddler foot prints on the inside of the oven almost like a kid had helped to try and cook and they have used the oven door as a stool 😣 there is two footprints on the inside of the oven door. The new lady behind the reception was really nice and understanding and cared about our issues with the room and cleaner doing a bad job but the guy Dave was pretty careless at the time of these issues.

The location room and views did not disappoint! We were very happy with that

I tried so hard to get in touch with the accommodation about getting an extra bed and it looks about 3 calls, 2 messages and 2 emails to get a reply, and they said it was busy over Easter and they might be able to do it from after the Monday and then nothing more was done, there was also very little info in the rooms, about how to dispose of rubbish and hours reception is open etc as that was very limited

Good location, just a short walk away from Surfers Paradise and Broad Beach. Stone’s throw from the beach and the tram station.

Some of the staff at the front desk was less than friendly .

The facilities and view were great. All pools were clean.

The apartment wasn't as clean as I'd expect for the price you pay. I found broken glass on the floor and balcony and dried noodles in one bedroom.

Perfect location, it felt like home away from home. We didn’t want to leave!

The size of the apartment and having a partial sea view was great and the indoor pool was a bonus
