Waiheke Waterfront Lodge

We can’t add much to the superlatives lavished on the Waiheke Waterfront Lodge and its gracious and competent hosts Pip & Andy except to say they’re all true! Our high expectations based on these reviews were more than met during the course of our 4 night stay. The Losge is a gem located in a stunning quiet location, yet a 10 min stroll to several good restaurants. It is impeccably appointed and run, with every amenity you could ask for and a well appointed garage gym which we made good use of. Pip’s yummy breakfasts outside on the back deck are a real treat and Pip herself is unobtrusive but readily available and helpful. She lined.up an all day taxi for us at the last minute so we could go to the far side of the island for wine and olive oil tasting and sightseeing. Great recommendation Pip! We would love to return and are envious of those of you who have this memorable experience to look forward to!

Breakfast and location was awesome, and we were offered lifts to pick up our car and bookings were organised for us for restaurants, and hair dressers etc. Were were so well looked after it was a joy. :):):)

I couldn’t stay longer

Pip and Andy were very very helpful during our stay. The delicious breakfasts were made freshly and tailored to requirements, healthy and filling. Bike hire from Andy was easy and allowed us to go where we wanted to. The gym was good. Parking was easy. Other guests were not too close and we were given privacy without being forced ‘to mingle’. I loved the peacefulness of the garden. Pip and Andy have a wealth of life experience in hospitality and it shows. Thank you for making our trip exceptionally memorable.

Not being able to take the lovely sunsets home with us! Not being able to graze on tasty complimentary goodies when we go home. Diet awaits.

Andy and Pip are both lovely and are excellent hosts. This property has lovely views, is extremely clean and has the comfiest beds I have ever stayed in away from home! The gym was well equipped and the breakfasts excellent. Just a short walk to Oneroa.

The serene waterfront location, the beautiful and well appointed lodge but most of all the personal and professional touch from proprietors Pip and Andy make this stay a highlight of Waiheke Island. They do everything right!

Enjoyed our stay! This lodge is clean, in a great location, very comfortable, with lovely, helpful managers. They made us a delicious breakfast every morning, and sent us on our way with directions and suggestions for touring. Much appreciated and would definitely return!
