Location is excellent, staff is super friendly and our room was clean and had everything we needed!

Could not find TV stations like Fox, ABC etc. Cable TV would be a nice addition. 😊

Great location on Duvall st. On the quieter end of the street. Lots of really close food and bar choices. The balcony was great hangout on a rainy day with the rum bar below. Decorations were nice touch for the holidays also. Communication was good with the staff too. Will return!!!!

Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Extra toiletries and water available. Kitchenette was adequate. Would have liked to have a small bowl and a dish towel to dry dishes. Bartenders were great. This is on the quiet end of Duval, but easily walkable to everything. Would definitely recommend if you did not want to be in the middle of all the action.

Needs a deep clean. We lost something and had to look under furniture. It wasn't pretty.
