The Village Lodge

Shiomara and Antonio at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful, which really starts the weekend off on a high note. Room is great, just wish there was some snow :(

We go to Mammoth every February for the last 8 years and stay in The Village Lodge! What a fantastic and convenient complex! The lift is outside your door and shopping and eating in The Village is fantastic! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Wonderful long weekend in Mammoth with the family. Lucy H was very accommodating which was great for our very late check-in. Access to town, the pool, skiing, all made for a great family weekend.

Great place to stay, as usual. Even during shoulder season there's plenty to do. The rooms are always clean, the kitchen is well stocked if we want to cook, and the staff is always kind and accommodating. Thank you Antonio!

Thank you so much to the entire staff at the Village - Grand Sierra Lodge! Appreciated all of the staff as at every level they provided effective service - from the cleaning staff, operations and to the front desk. While I primarily interacted with Asst Manager Maria Lopez, all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient in their customer service. They quickly answered all my questions and proactively supported my needs. Extremely helpful to have a clean ski locker, full kitchens in our rooms and a large pool with multiple spas. As we had a family with kids, we were grateful for the heated pool which was perfect for the kids to play in. It was extremely easy access from the ski locker to the village gondola. With the Ikon pass rates, the Village - Grand Sierra Lodge was definitely a reasonable option for us and great for the entire family!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Village at Mammoth. Check-in was smooth. We were greeted by Antonio and felt very welcome. He did a great job taking care of us and answering our questions. Amenities are on point and our favorite is the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. Love staying here!

As part of the front office management team, she clearly takes pride in making sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Throughout my stay, Daisy was responsive, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was assisting with questions, coordinating requests, or simply ensuring everything ran smoothly, she handled everything with a calm and friendly attitude. It’s clear she values guest satisfaction and goes the extra mile to create a positive experience. The lodge itself is already known for its excellent location, amenities, and comfortable accommodations, but team members like Daisy really elevate the experience. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a noticeable difference during my stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and it’s reassuring to know that someone like Daisy is part of the team making sure guests are well taken care of.
