After driving 14 hours, coming here was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk was so polite and kind. The lobby and halls were clean and quiet. The room was very clean and we slept wonderfully. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. They had hot breakfast and coffee/tea. They have snacks available to get for the road. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was very clean comfortable bed and pillows staff was very friendly especially the lady that served the continental breakfast which was also the best continental breakfast that I have ever had anywhere the only bad part was the pool was closed and we were visiting our grandchildren and the pool would of been a great bounce

"No water "

Our stay started out great. We booked online for two nights, the first night was fine. A water main broke the next day so we were completely without water. We tried to cancel our second night to stay at a different hotel so we could have water but they wouldn’t allow a refund since we booked online. They said the manager was gone so there was nothing they could do. We never got any sort of apology or refund and still had to pay for a second hotel.

"Good"

The hotel had several areas that needed minor repairs. The beds were pretty comfortable however, we had no water pressure during our stay. Toilets wouldn’t flush and my family was unable to shower. The hotel claimed water would be back on in an hour but it never came back on. This made getting ready for a funeral very difficult. We did not receive any discounts for a lack of water either.
