Close to downtown. Hotel was clean

Uncomfortable bed. My room was attached to the maintenance area and there was loud machinery being used at 7 in the morning. Missing latch lock to room next door. Didn't feel secure.

The employees attitude is really poor

Just minutes from the airport. Easy access to I-440 and other primary roads. Some reviews said it wasn't as clean and well kept as they expected, but my room was superb. Clean, modern, everything worked, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. The only thing that needed work was the parking lot, a few potholes. Price is way less than the newer hotels in the vicinity of the airport. I've paid more for lesser accommodations that were miles from the airport. This is a real bargain. I had an early flight, so I couldn't try the breakfast. But I'm guessing it was up to the standards you expect at HI Express.

Honestly, there wasn't a single negative. What's not to like about a clean, comfortable room perfectly located for a traveler?

First time I’ve been in a holiday inn that I don’t like, dirty, small rooms, nasty breakfast, milk was bad, eggs overcooked, not a good variety like they have at their other Holiday inn locations.

Breakfast was average at best Seemed low quality eggs , meat and biscuits!

The room thermostat was not user friendly and seemed total unresponsive , room was cold!'
