Staff was amazing assisting me in reserving a room for my father who is Deaf. They went above and beyond to deliver messages to him and let me know of his arrival. His flight was unexpectedly cancelled right before midnight so navigating hotel, shuttle, etc was quite hectic but they eased my mind. Thank you all so much!
