"I didn't get the quality we expect from Holiday Inn express"

The pool was clean but no towels The room was satisfactory but shabby The place wasn't full but they said no rooms upstairs were available

Carpet was dirty No extra linens were available, 2 towels were provided but we had 5 people Breakfast was OK but staff was impersonal

The room I was in had a hint of cigarette smell, and it's also possible there was at one point German roaches, because I could smell them. Them. However, it is also possible that what I smelled was German roach bait. I used to work for orkin, so I recognize the smell. It would be prudent for staff to check room 167.

"It was pleasant."

The pool was super cold. We couldn’t enjoy it. It should be heated.

"Excellent"

The room was clean, and the AC worked. The staff was friendly. The breakfast lady was very strict about breakfast not opening till 6:30 although everything was set up. The drain in the bathtub was very slow to drain so you ended up standing in ankle deep water.

"I will never stay there again"

The location was nice and the price was marginal

I booked a handicap room and my husband couldn’t even fit through the bed and cabinets No shower just a tub When they tried to move us it was the same problem until they offered a room by the front seat that had no windows and was like a closet!! Very poor staff almost rude to a handicap veteran!

"Exceptional"

Property manager was very nice. The breakfast bar was great and Vanessa is so sweet and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Indoor pool was nice but water was cold but when we mentioned it to the manager he immediately went to try and adjust it.

No breakfast. Because the power was out. The power out but no any announce and broadcast. The whole way to dark to walk at that time.

Breakfast was decent. About as expected

Cleaning. The room stunk of mold or musky smell. There were urine spots in front of the toilet that had not been cleaned. The shower curtain reeked of a musky odor. The desk clerk did come in the Chang it out and was very courteous, but it did not resolve the odor or feeling of staying in a dirty room.
