"Comfy stay and spacious room"

Great location. We walked from the Nagano train station to the hotel in about 10 minutes. Going slow with luggage. We walked to the TEMPLE. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. Lots of restaurants nearby Clean, free sake tasting, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Oh..the best was the massaging chair in our room. I needed that so much. So much walking that our feet and knees were screaming. The chair was a nice perk. There was a fridge, kettle, soap etc. Bed and blankets were comfy. We were on the 14th floor and we got to pick extra pillows from a rack. Our room was a very nice size. Regular western size hotel room size.

I didn't like the fact you couldn't eat in the lobby. There's a huge table there with chairs and a sign NO FOOD. But we drank our coffee there so I think that was okay.

Questo è l'hotel che mi è piaciuto di più in assoluto, nel mio mese in giappone. Stanza grandissima, pulitissima e estremamente gradevole. Il bagno è stato l'unico, che ho trovato, che non aveva il solito enorme gradino per entrare. Tutte le facilities a disposizione, bella hall dove vengono anche offerte bevande e snak nel pomeriggio e giornali. Stanza con servizio lavatrici e asciugatrici, forno a micro onde e distributore di bibite. Posizione ottimale, a poca distanza dalla stazione e dalla zona più vitale di Nagano. Se tornassi a Nagano sceglierei senz'altro questo hotel di nuovo.

Non mi è piaciuto che non si potesse aprire la finestra. In primavera le temperature variano molto e non sapevo mai come vestirmi oltre al fatto di non poter cambiare aria alla stanza.

"Best value in Nagano"

Big room and bathroom as standard. Free sake tasting every evening in lobby. Everything comfortable and clean. Would definitely choose them again.
