"Fantastic stay in Nagano"

The staff were welcoming and friendly through the whole of 5 nights. We hired ebikes on sites-very convenient and the staff explained how to use them. The location is convenient to station and lots of food options. Our room was on the grand levels and was slightly bigger than usual and clean and quiet even though we were opposite the elevator. The afternoon free coffee, snacks and sake tasting were an unexpected bonus that made the stay feel more than just a room and allowed us to meet other fellow travellers. Highly recommend.

子どもたちは新幹線が見られて良かった。駅に近くて良かった。スタッフが親切で優しかった。

U-NEXTやhuluなどの動画が見られなかったのが残念だった。見られないなら見られませんの表示がほしかった。見たい時の説明がほしい。 コーヒーメーカーの使い方がよくわからなかった。 説明書がどこかにあるなら、わかりやすい場所にあってほしかった。
