Hampton Inn & Suites Danville

I was applaud that when I checked in I received my key card that had the WiFi password as “slobby”. For someone who was staying here on business this made me feel disgusted. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Inside lobby was very nice-- Not nice--- 1-our room was never serviced for the 3 days we were there. 2--the coffee in room and at breakfast was weak and flavorless 3--The in-room maintenance was poor--brackets fell off the wall in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, housing for the air conditioner kept falling off. 4--Hotel ran out of towels and all rooms were told to leave towels in the hallway when done...woke up the next morning to a hallway full of dirty towels 5--Looking forward to a pool and it was cold and had green slime on the bottom of the pool and the hot tub was not working. We should be refunded for this room since we specifically wanted the pool

Amy at the front desk when above and beyond her duties to accommodate us for the jacuzzi being down considering that was the only reason for our trip. Mrs Turner that does the breakfast is phenomenal at what she does kind and bubbly and awesome hot fresh breakfast..

Our room was filthy looks like it hasn't been dusted in a year I even have pictures of it. Look like we had two bullet holes above the bed. Jacuzzi was broken and that's the only reason why we went there for a girl's night out just sitting jacuzzi and chill. Soaps and shampoos were not full. Towel hook off back the door gone just a hole.. mold around the bottom of bathtub in the vent fan in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year I have pictures.. I could only put four pictures in here but I have like 15 pictures of everything that was disgusting about the room. They need different housekeeping..

Fitness room closed. I book hotels based on fitness facility. They should note it on reservation. I would have booked elsewhere. Breakfast was average at best! Out of yogurt., eggs were awful!

Very clean, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast area.

The staff were friendly but that’s about it. I selected a room on the app but was given a different room. Upon entering the room there were filthy towels and used Kleenex’s on the bathroom sink. Was given a different room and the door to that room did not lock. The third attempt was fine but this hotel has definitely been neglected. The toilet barely flushed and the snack bar was almost empty. They have the typical spread for breakfast but there are no restaurants close by other than a Salt Grass which has not so great reviews and the I and I Tavern which is a great little local spot a few minutes away. Next time I’m in Danville for work I’ll stay at the newer hotel Nextdoor and forgo the Hilton Points.
