Baymont by Wyndham Fargo

Staff was great. Was upgraded due to an AC issue before we got checked in. We were aware of repairs being done by a sign on the door that there was repairs going on however we got to the room. Toilet was dirty/splattered from previous customer- not cleaned, bedside table sticky with rings on it, was happy there was a balcony with table and chairs but door wouldnt or couldnt open up even after unlocking it, shower rod broken and shoved into a hole on the wall on one end so it hangs down and curtain only stays in center bc of gravity. No coffee pot but yet items for coffee in room. In morning, no breakfast left by 8:00am. The best thing was that the beds and sheets were clean. Needs alot of repair. Very sad for a wyndham hotel.

Room had trash in ice bucket, on the floor and fingernail clippings on the counter and bar soap in the sink. There were also Massive cobwebs on the walls. Upon informing the desk i asked for a room change and my new room was cleaner but still in poor condition and the air quality was poor.

Found rooms to have non working a/c, TV. No maid service period. Contintal breakfest looked and smelt as recycled all week long. Not the desk clearks fault they do not have any control.Do not book at this location.

The first room assigned to us, the toilet did not flush. Staff moved us to a new room. The room was clean however the tub did not drain and the HVAC fan motor was really loud that we had to turn it off at night. The pool was really nice. Breakfast was decent. Location was great. Housekeeping did not come during our stay for trash or towels, but towels were delivered upon calling the front desk.

The only thing that we weren’t happy with was the wifi. We were travelling from Canada and didn’t want to pay for cell service so we needed to use the wifi. We had to leave the room and go in the hallway on the other side of the hotel to get enough wifi to login to our phones.

Exterior does not match the interior. Exterior needs renovation it gives you the wrong first impression. Interior is very clean and pleasant. No wasted space in the rooms. The shower and tub combo was not comfortable for the average person. Much too compact. Overall good just needs some tweaking

number one they keep trying to charge us 2 times for the hotel. number two both of our feet got black walking on the carpet. the desk handle was so shrarp that when i sat down at the desk i got a 3 inch cut on the side of my belly. the staff was not friendly one the housekeeper was she helped more the they did. In the breakfast the milk was sour and it closed before 9 am. we will never stay there again. this was disgusting. I showed the manger my cut she didn't seem to care at all. it was more like your ok no big deal. there was also some person walking the halls asking people for money.

There from Monday till Wednesday. No housekeeping service at all. On July 16 my credit card was charged $577. Then on July 17 my credit card was charged $371. That is a total of $948 for 3 nights. I still have not received a receipt. This is really bad business. My next step is to involve my corporate legal team in this.
