Our room was beautiful, very clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and our room was stocked with everything we needed. We were very impressed with the size and style of the room, especially for such a good price! They definitely helped make our anniversary trip special and worry-free. We will be staying here again next time we visit the Quad Cities!
I had a room reserved for two days. there was no staff to clean room. When I asked on check out I was told I must request that service on check-in. Free breakfast had hot food for international visitors from southeast asia.
The dishwasher didn’t properly work, the sofa in the living room was dirty, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t properly work

The pool & whirlpool were closed & we were not offered a discount because we booked from a third party. Call ahead to confirm the pool/whirlpool is available - this property does not update their main website, therefore, guests are not able to receive an up to date status of the available amenities.

The stay was fine not in room much. The room could use better cleaning as soda bottles under the bed. For the price thought would be cleaner then that. Kinda yuck with Covid and all going on used bottles under the bed
While I understand some of the COVID restrictions, the "breakfast" was very underwhelming. I recently stayed at another Hotel in the immediate area and they had a much better selection. For example, in a hotel with microwaves in EVERY room, why would there not be breakfast sandwiches, etc. to reheat??
Floors are so dirty. There was food and candy wrappers in the hallway. There was a drunk man topless sleeping next to the elevator doors outside my room when I woke up. Choose a different hotel, this is not a safe or clean option!
