I love the fact that it’s plenty of options on the tv & cable.
Room was updated, but the refrigerator ice maker was whirling loudly during our entire stay and no one was able to assist us.
Claimed they didn’t have a room for us. We had to contact Hotels.com in order to rectify. Seems they overbooked and would have prefered to place us elsewhere had I not called the hotels.com Customer Service line.
Our room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This is not a complaint but a recommendation. It would be helpful if there was extra toilet paper, paper towels, and facial tissue in the room so we don't have to find someone to provide it for us.
Hotel staff were courteous and the room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. However, we couldn't eat the sack breakfast we were given because of the condition of the fruit, we had to go to the desk to ask for sheets to the sofa bed, and we declined to shower because of the condition of the shower head. For sure, we were traveling with Covid restrictions, but for the price we expected a little more comfort and not to have to worry about having what we needed in good condition.
I was denied service as they said the hotel was overbooked.
Our 2 week stay made even better by our floor housekeeper, Fabi. She helped to keep our towels, coffee, trash and anything else we needed flowing throughout our stay. Without the hot breakfast because of Covid-19 it was nice to have bagels that we could toast in our room.
No free breakfast due to COVID. We were told there would be plenty of grab and go items at the desk in the morning. But there were only a handful of apples, granola bars and Capri suns at the desk. I put the sign on my door to NOT clean it during the day while we were gone, and they still came in & made our beds but did NOT leave towels. We requested clean towels and were told they were in the dryer but someone would deliver them soon. Nobody ever did. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and the desk had none for free or for sale. No vending machines in the building. Only beverages for sale was sparkling flavored waters.
We use residence inn Hotels a lot. I was a little disappointed that they allow pets in every room on every floor. I’m not opposed to a pet inclusion hotel, but the hotels we’ve used recently have a dedicated floor or floors for pets only. I had to change rooms because of a high order pet smell.
The 2 room suite is nice and large. Pleanty of room and privacy.
