"Alleen slapen prima, slechte mogelijkheden buiten de kamer"

Personeel was aardig

Lounge ging om 22:00 dicht, terwijl we speciaal hadden gekozen voor een hotel met lounge om in de avond bordspellen te kunnen spelen tijdens Spiel Essen. Uitgeweken naar een lounge van een ander hotel, daar gaan we de volgende keer naartoe.

"Weekday Leisure"

The receptionist Sir David welcomed me during my late check-in due to travel time delays. Ever since then, I felt welcomed from my stay here.

I could not get the room cold enough; not sure if air is coming out from the A.C.

"Alles in allem war es gut und wir würden es noch mal buchen"

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und ein guter Start für den Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr großzügig. Es gibt verschiedene Themenzimmer. Wir hatten das Harley-Zimmer.

Die Matratze muss dringend erneuert werden! Wir hatten statt 1 bzw. 2 Matratzen gleich 3! Diese waren sehr weich, durchgelegen und unkomfortabel.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und angenehm, Betten sehr bequem

Die Heizung im Zimmer und im Bad funktionierten nicht, leider war am Wochenende kein Hausmeister da, um die Heizung zu entlüften. Somit mussten wir mit der Klimaanlage das Zimmer auf Temperatur bringen. Die Tiefgarage ist mehr als eng und zum Teil ist es sehr schwierig zu parken, vor allem mit etwas größeren Autos.
