"Exceptional"

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, nah am Hbf Essen und direkt an der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Das Preis Leistungsvehältnid ist super. Jederzeit wieder.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut von der Auswahl war alles vorhanden. Es wurde umgehend was nachgelegt wenn etwas gefehlt hat.

Die Zimmer, die Matratzen waren sehr weich, das Bad schon in die Jahre gekommen.

"Einfach mal nach Essen"

Sehr freundliches Personal, kein Streß beim Check out obwohl wir spät dran waren, zusätzliche Kissen waren auch abends um 21 Uhr noch kein Problem, gutes Frühstück

"Teleurstellend."

De kamer was schoon en het ontbijt was oké. Maar meer positiefs valt er niet te melden.

Het centrum van Essen is een deprimerende hoop beton. Het hotel is daarop geen uitzondering. Het lijkt gelegen in een grote bouwput, met daaromheen allemaal kraakpanden.
