O Hotel Pune

My stay was truly amazing and comfortable. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Nikita for accommodating my room preferences; she arranged everything perfectly. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The only downside is that the hotel policies are quite strict, such as no outside food or alcohol and no smoking allowed. However, overall, my experience was fabulous.

The breakfast and Service was good. Mr Anuj took care very well. The overall experience improved only because of the food and service at restaurant. The room doesn't have sealed water bottles and they change 350+ tax for one (mrp ₹20). The bath tub was leaking, they don't provide foam for the bathtub. Wifi was not working. The ambiance is however good. The pillows were too soft for atleast me. Overall, an average stay.

The food was good with small quantity but quite pricey, especially with GST added. They even charged GST for items consumed from the fridge. Unfortunately, the manager was not supportive or willing to understand our concerns — there was a clear lack of empathy. I explained that the menu and prices for snacks placed near the tea/coffee setup were not visible, but they still went ahead and charged me, including GST. It felt like poor hospitality on their part. Please be cautious of hidden charges if you're planning to book a room here.

The main intention writing this review..The best person Amol at o hotel koregoan park pune It's the best hotel n with good rooms n location and mainly Bar At 9 th floor . Mr.Amol who's allwayz at bar .very nice guy by nature n very helpful.he will allwayz guide u by his experience.at cocktails . mocktails.which one is better for u.Amol is very perfect with his work ..and what I observed that coz of him customers are very happy and thy are will to and drink . Best of Mr.Amol for u r future

I had a wonderful time staying at this o hotel .it's was very friendly staff. Very nice hotel. And The bar on rooftop was great. And wonderful. Amol who handles bar. Gives a nice service n company . He make u feel that u r sitting at home Really Amol bhai. Is very nice person .

Our stay was quite comfortable, but the rules at this property are very strict. Outside food and liquor are not allowed, which made it feel somewhat like staying in a hostel. On the positive side, the staff was very cooperative, and I would like to give special thanks to Nikita, the receptionist, for her helpfulness and courtesy. However, due to the strict rules, we would not recommend this property to others.

Coming from a frequent traveler- the WORST possible hotel ever. Whe you imagine the worst- it’s a couple of notches below that.

Dear O Hotel Team, I genuinely have no idea where to begin, but let me start by suggesting you drop the whole “5-star” pretense because you’re nowhere close. My stay at your hotel was an absolute disaster, filled with nothing but lame excuses and complete disregard for basic hospitality. Brace yourselves because this isn’t going to be pretty. Check-in Debacle: I booked directly through your room reservations, and guess what? I was informed that the hotel was practically empty. Still, I specifically requested a king-size bed, only to be fed the ridiculous lie that the hotel was “sold out” and no king-size rooms were available. Really? In a scarcely occupied hotel? Brilliant. Pillow Menu - A Joke: I asked for hard pillows—something even budget lodges manage to provide these days. But apparently, your so-called 5-star establishment can’t be bothered. Why bother putting a pillow menu next to the bed if it’s just there for decorative purposes? Should I have brought my own pillow to avoid being scammed by your imaginary amenities? Plumbing Masterpiece: Your luxurious bathtub clogged repeatedly, and despite my multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. Clearly, plumbing maintenance is too much to expect from such a “prestigious” hotel. Eventually, I gave up and accepted that bathing like a civilized human was simply not in the cards. Disco Lights: The room lights flickered non-stop, turning my stay into an impromptu rave. I reported it, and of course—nothing was done. I guess it’s just part of your “immersive nightlife experience”? Fantastic touch. Snail-Paced Wi-Fi - A Modern Marvel: Even the most basic lodges these days manage to offer at least 50 Mbps internet speed, but your grand 5-star property somehow thinks 2 Mbps is acceptable. My laptop practically shed tears trying to load a simple webpage. Are you purposely testing guests’ patience, or is this just a cruel joke? Ridiculous Policies and Charges: And this one’s a real gem: No outside food or drinks allowed? Are the rooms not making enough revenue? Should I have snuck in a snack like some kind of fugitive? Oh, and charging for an ice bucket? That’s a new low, even for you. Let me guess—you’ll be billing me for breathing your air next. Never ever coming back to this hotel again. I was actually considering extending my stay—thank God I didn’t. That would’ve been the worst decision of my life. Also, I know that nothing is going to change and I am just ranting, and u will have to respond to this email because your KRA demands so, but please don't bother Honestly, this stay was an absolute trainwreck. You might want to take a long, hard look at your operations and maybe—just maybe—try acting like an actual hotel rather than a circus. ALSO MIND YOU I HAVE WRITTEN AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT EVEN TO THE GENERAL MANAGER , LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE ARE NOT BOTHERED AT ALL. Disappointed beyond words, Shubham Kaushik

Nothing at the property was working. No toiletries, bathrobe, slippers. Not worth for the money they’re charging. They don’t allow outside food or beverages, staff wasn’t friendly either. The room was dull and damp. The AC wasn’t working fine either.
