O Hotel Pune

The Hotel was a great place Now something has happened 1. Its pathetically lifeless. Not many people in the restaurants 2. The reception team are rudest you will find any where on earth 3. The junior staff is good and sincere 4. Chef is good but highly over priced food

My stay in the O hotel was having excellent level of Hospitality. I couldn't be more happy with my stay, the best part was the outstanding service by the friendly staff, specially the duty manager Vinayak . I stayed in the hotel which was at the heart of City & my Room 517 was having excellent forest view .

Decent hotel tucked away in Koregaon Park. Great views & across from Osho gardens. Bathroom amenities were bare minimum. Excellent staff, satisfying breakfast to get your day started.

Exceptional Service and Warm Welcome From booking Mr. Vinayak helps me alot with all required information When we arrived, he were welcoming, professional, and efficient. Check-in was smooth by him.If we need help we can always count on him. It is good to have someone like him here in the hotel.

I book the room 3 months before and and early check in 9july booking I messaged them again 8th July for early check in When we visit the hotel Rahul kohli refused to give us room we told charge us extra money he was very rude after 5 minutes 4people came he give them rooms never go back again

Has the best rooms ....best bed ....best view .....the jacuzzi is nice with warm water all the time ..... Breakfast was nice with quite good options ....chef gopal and neeraj were good and there behaviour was sweet and the server tanushka and debabrata was sweet enough to serve me anything I wanted with a smile ....so totally recommend a stay in Pune at O hotel !!!!!

Hospitality Like No Other! This hotel offers hospitality like no other. I stayed here for seven nights, and everyone I encountered was warm, helpful, and kind. The duty manager, Nikita, was amazing—such a thoughtful gesture! Additionally, I was very impressed with the beautiful restaurant, Addah. Thanks to Nikita for making my stay wonderful. I will definitely visit again!

I had a wonderful stay at O hotel From the moment I arrived, the front office staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient with check-in and check-out. Special thanks to yashree for going the extra mile to assist with local recommendations and ensuring a smooth stay. The food service was equally impressive. The restaurant offered a great variety of dishes, each beautifully presented and full of flavor. Room service was prompt, and the staff were courteous and attentive to dietary preferences. Overall, the hotel’s service standards, especially at the front desk and dining area, truly made the experience memorable. I’d definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, the service was top-notch, and the staff was super friendly and professional. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed all the amenities, including the swimming pool and spa.
