Location is very nice, atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, rooms are organised and neatperfect for couples 😍, Staffs are friendly and they made you feel at home and comfortable, Chef Alex and his awesome Team Prabhu and Raja is best.... about noise? It is not that bad.... I recommend O Hotel ... Foods are excellent. Worth the stay

Excellent hotel with best service in Pune rooms are modern with beautiful amenities like open bath tub and you should definitely try the best authentic Japnese food at their roof top restaurant Harazuku..staff is very kind and opertive.. reception staff is always smiling and very helpful..kudos to all

Excellent location, outstanding staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, polite personnel, and a wonderful atmosphere. Nikita from the front office and the entire team displayed exceptional hospitality and demonstrated a strong knowledge of their work.

A special mention to Ms. Yashshree, who was extremely professional, polite, and attentive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Pleasant stay with a good hospitality. They can increase the breakfast options and have more variety in it rest everything is good.

Very poor experience from checkin to Checkout. Muskan & Vinayak surely need lessons in arrogance management. "O" staff seem to have forgotten that they are in a HOSPITALITY industry. Seems more like a 3 star OYO hotel than a 5 star which they claim. Definitely NOT revisiting again.
