Courtyard Lima

Ok location- safe and easy to get to either numerous restaurants around. Prices seemed high at Bistro for breakfast so we went out. Overall nice. People five too. My main complaint with this brand in general is that the rooms lack space to put luggage up on something. No luggage racks anywhere in the hotel. It’s a brand thing I think. Tiresome. I did not want to get down on the floor to rummage in my suit case. We put the two pieces on the couch and footstool- but had to move them to watch TV. Seems a silly nickel and dime way to save money.

Great clean place but wish they had a complimentary breakfast like every other hotel. Their bistro as they call it is where you buy breakfast which wasn’t clearly stated we found out on our own

The hotel was nice, front desk staff polite and professional. I will say it would be nice if they were up front about there being a parking fee. Considering I paid almost 4oo$ for the room, I wouldn't think I would need to also pay almost 5$ a day in parking and not be told that would happen.

The gal responsible for working the breakfast bar was so sweet but totally overwhelmed. Apparently there were no show employees, but no alternative arrangements were made. She was doing her best but it was just too much for one person. I felt horrible for her.

Safe friendly, cleanliness

loved our 2 rooms that we booked when we returned to Ohio for my father's funeral service however i didn't care to learn that I was charged a Parking Recapture Fee for our 3 days and were never advised of this charge. i will have to consider to book another hotel next time i am in the area.

Attractive accommodation.

The room was super clean! Everything was super easy to find. Wish we could have stayed longer.
