Great front staff. Comfortable and reasonably quiet. No breakfast.

Nice room and bathroom.

Staff upon check-in was great.

I contacted staff via phone after my conference was over, assessing the ability to return. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Also, I was placed next to a family that was very loud and using of seeing language on my first night and had to have my room moved. The second room that I was moved to the heat did not work properly, but at that point, I did not want to move anymore as I had a conference in the morning. The overall stay could’ve been better. The second night I checked in to the holiday and across the street.

When I scheduled the stay , I can't recall ever being told that there was no breakfast included until we actually checked in.

Comfy beds, that and clean is the most important things and they had it

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were big and very clean. Would stay again.

Tim at front desk is AMAZING!! My only issue is that coffee isn’t available in afternoon nor is flavoured creamers..or breakfast served.
