Courtyard Lima

The weather was terrible as we were traveling so we got to the hotel very late. The gentleman working was so kind and checked us in super quick and close to the front door so we could get a couple hours of sleep before we had to leave.

Great place

Clean and comfortable beds

We paid extra for bistro but Bistro was closed. No refund given.

The front desk kept bothering me and came into my room at least 4 times while I was sleeping

So a few things, it's a beautiful hotel don't get me wrong...... But breakfast is NOT included in the expensive price, my room had no trash bags and cleaning supplies were left in the room, not one person could help with the internet and it's poor service and to get better Internet is an extra $25 a night but no one knew how to upgrade it....... Breakfast wouldn't be horrible if the eggs weren't $16... Like what??? Overall a 2.....
