USI enjoyed my stay here. The customer service was impressive. This is a hidden diamond. I had a great sleep. Enjoy the hot breakfast swimming pool fitness club spacious parking you get the feeling of woods on the back of the property gives you the natural tranquility.

This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn, but changed ownership and name. We have stayed here many times due to our visits to M.D. Anderson West Cancer Hospital nearby. We have always enjoyed our stays at this remarkable hotel. The owners and staff are very nice and accommodating. The facility is immaculate and the parking is free. The rooms are pristine as well as the bathrooms. Breakfast is included and very good. The hotel is very near to restaurants and shops. HEB and Walmart are 5-10 minutes away (south highway 6). M.D. Anderson patients should seek out this very nice hotel as it is 10 minutes from the hospital. We truly appreciate the low price as well. This new branded hotel is awesome and well worth the trip. It is a little hidden, but we appreciate the quiet of the location off of highway 6 and yet the closeness to so many stores, restaurants and shopping centers. Thank you Aspen Grand Hotel!

A very welcoming hotel. I received an upgrade to a suite. I will definitely recommend Aspen Grand Hotel. I remember staying here a few years back but I think the management has changed.

This Is by far a great hotel .. I really appreciate the patience they had with me and my fiance and the hotel is also very clean and sanitized .. it's quiet and in a great area next to a lot of stores and food places and not that far from down town ..
