"Grubby"

The location is great - but everything is 5min apart anyway

It needs a serious revamp. We had one of those portable load shedding lights as a replacement for a night lampshade next to the bed. The hand shower was coming off the wall. The place needs to be revamped it is dated and grubby. Not worth the price.

"Lovely size rooms, but facilities could be better for the price."

Nice size rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and a nice breakfast. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Access to a swimming pool which the kids loved.

The facilities were not good. Quite a walk with luggage to the rooms and no phones in the room to contact reception. My husband was shocked by one of the bedside lamps (not a small shock) and the ceiling fan was very lose, we couldn’t use it.

"Not the superior stay we expected."

Tired rooms, in need of a revamp. Original reception locked up and you have to make your way to the restaurant to check in. Bathroom light didn’t work, bathroom door lock wasn’t fitted properly so the door got stuck when closed. Shower control came off in hand when showering and shower leaked.
