Need Maintenance

The area is close to the travel routs

Maintenance is not great, fridge had one leg missing, water power poor, doors latch did not work properly and the overall condition around maintenance is clearly lacking. Workers also on new year pace.

The food is nice,

The are air conditioners and it gets hot at night , They can do better on they menu

Rooms are not clean , in a sense that there are cockroach

The massages were quite nice and the staff is generally very friendly.

A huge backlog of investment is very evident … in common areas, the pool and the rooms. All deck chairs at the pool are broken, our door fastener was missing, the kids‘ room door didn‘t close, the pool towels were random towels that looked liked they were just forgotten by previous guests, e.g. with kiddy patterns or dolphin pictures, one with big holes that you can‘t hand out to guests anymore. Staff is friendly but very disorganized and not attentive , e.g. guests needing to go to the bar to get a second drink while 3 ladies having loughs with each other behind the bar not being busy … or when ordering a drink there is no ice at the bar and needs be collected from somewhere in the back, so when you order 3 different things stress sets in a it takes forever.
