Fantastic panoramic views towards the ocean. Lovely swimming pool

Breakfast provision was disorganised and slow. Big disappointment was when, having requested the desk order us a taxi, a car arrives which was not a registered taxi and the driver charged almost double the going rate for the short trip to the town (150 Rand -- all subsequent taxi journeys were 80 Rand) A 4 star hotel should not being placing guests in such a position

My wife and I had a wonderful time here we were very pleased with our bedroom which was extremely large and bright, very comfortable bed, excellent Wi-Fi.

Convenient to stay, old school building.

Thatched roof, clean and helpful staff.

Very little. I felt sorry for the staff, who did their best, but understandably seemed disheartened

It seems to be run by a corporation that doesn’t care. It’s the height of the season but I was the only guest out of 33 rooms. The room had no atmosphere (nor air conditioning ) the location was good before they built a large petrol station across the road. The view was good if you looked above the petrol station

Everything as the facilities described where non existent bar closed restaurant closed no cycle hire Rooms run down and not 4* The place was also empty only one couple stayed for 2 nights and another couple turned up the day we was leaving who had stayed 7yrs earlier and could not believe how bad it was now
