Excellent hosts who couldn’t do more for us! Breakfast every morning was a treat with everything you could think of from fresh pastries to a full English and all dietary requirements thought of. Rooms were clean, tidy and the beds were very comfortable! It is in an excellent location with a shorter walk into the heart of ilfracombe or up onto the costal path. Our Dog loved staying here, fresh sausage every morning and lots of fuss! The hosts even provided a towel when she got rain soaked.

Nothing we didn’t like- they are still working on the bar but I’m sure that will be up and running in no time. You can really tell the new owners have a vision and are putting the time and effort to make sure everything is to a high standard.

Excellent breakfast. Not too far to walk into town even if you're a bit older. Having a balcony always a bonus. Proprietor couldn't have been more helpful - even gave us a map of the town and marked eateries etc.

Very welcoming and accomodating to us needing to check in slightly early. Very clean and excellent walking distance to shops, beaches and tunnels beach (we were at a wedding there). Comfortable and friendly stay. Bonus was they have parking too
