Fantastic host, couldn't be more helpful and a gorgeous view from our bedroom. Great location, away from the busy town centre, perfect for exploring the surrounding area with beautiful walks right on the doorstep.

Could hear next door's bathroom activities through the night.

Lovely place to stay, and made very welcome from our host Lorraine. Short walk to the centre of Lovely Ilfracombe. We took the boat trip to Lundy Island which was amazing and money well spent. Thoughally recommended. 👌

everything was fine friendly welcome beautiful breakfast just seemed to want to please only problem was the room was to small for 2 people and a dog kept banging our heads on the tv having to move out of each others way, smaller furniture ie oak furniture although very nice to big for the size of room no need for a big armchair etc.
