Holiday Inn Express & Suites Akron Regional Airport Area by IHG

Was charged triple the amount. The hotel has zero idea what they’re doing when it comes to their own computer system. Was treated like I didn’t know what I was doing but now it’s a week later and I’m still dealing with the theft and negligence this hotel has taxed me with. Pathetic.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed and pillows.

Beautiful property, well taking care of, nice staff and good amenities, near plenty of restaurants and shops and near highway. Money well spent

Just about everything I needed on a work trip. The room was clean when I arrived, staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center was modest but workable, and the breakfast was pretty great. Nice hotel for the money.

The gentleman at the front was awesome

Very high ceilings. Noisy and could not park close in the parking lot. Always had to park in other parking lots and walk. I have stayed at better Holiday Inns.

Power went out overnight and that meant the heater fan stopped working, so it got quite cold in the room. Also, my wife's cpap machine stopped working so she had a difficult time sleeping (in addition to the cold room). We informed the desk attendant at check out...she explained that 1) all three hotels adjacent hotels were affected by the power outage and that 2) it's not the first time this has happend. She didn't offer any apology or consideration for our uncomfortable, sleepless night..

Reserved the room for a friend. She said it was awesome.

Convenient, clean, comfort,very friendly

This was the nicest stay I have had. Super clean, amazing, helpful and accommodating staff. Brand new rooms, free breakfast was wonderful and very filling lots of choices. Best nights rest every. Beds super soft, clean and smelled so fresh.
