Great staff and amenities were outstanding

I complained several times about the refrigerator and freezer making a loud banging noise and no one fixed it. I was there for four days.

Nothing, they didn’t have a room for me, but still tried to charge me.

The staff just said we are sold out and you’re not on our reservation list.

Bed was fairly comfortable and the cleaners did the best they could with what they had

Property desperately needs updating. Carpet and furniture is stained and damaged. Common areas are dingy and sad. They charged a $200 damage deposit which I have NEVER heard of in a hotel especially one as old as this. Also ridiculous they charged $25/day for a dog on top of this
