"Terrible late night staff"

The Worker that night was very rude. She wouldnt even let me get my room due to late check in. If i paid already i understand what the problem was... The indian looking lady doesnt have great customer service. I drove all the way from Michigan 5 hour drive and the lady at the front desk still refuse to check me in after i already paid 100.00 that was taking out my account. I would like to dispute my transaction to get my money back . I had kids with me from out of town too. Im very dusappointed. This hotel staff was horrible...

The front desk lady bad attitude. I had to sleep in my car after i already paid for my hotel. I need a refund since i couldnt experience the hotel

The location of the hotel.

The toilet seat had urine on it, which was not cleaned before me staying in the room. The floor was dirty, and the tub had the previous guest hair in the tub. The bottom of the fridge drawers were dirty. This room was not cleaned before me staying in there. This is very disappointing.

"Fantastic Stay!"

The room itself was clean, organized, and had helpful guides regarding to the needs of the guest! The front desk is polite, the parking is spacious and there are various stores / restaurants within a 10 mile radius !
