Best Western Eastland

The staff were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. The nighttime attendant friday ( don't remember her name) was sooo nice and suggested stuff for me to do without even asking her. The breakfast was solid and had plenty to choose from

The room had stains in the carpet, and a bit of a "butt smell". Had to be standing pretty much in front of the TV for the remote to work.

Biggest cockroaches I’ve ever seen. At least the size of a full-grown man’s big toe. One was even in the toilet when we lifted the lid. Took two flushes to get it down which brings me to the toilet which wouldn’t flush until I fixed it. Sprayed the whole bathroom and me in the process. Several other smaller bugs were also in the bathroom. Those only took one flush. There was no shampoo in the shower. There were white crumbs below the curtains by the air conditioner. We didn’t arrive until midnight and were exhausted so we didn’t feel like finding other accommodations. We killed all the bugs except one which disappeared and we couldn’t locate it “slept” in our clothes and hit the road as soon as we were able that morning. Obviously skipped breakfast. The lobby was deceiving. Appeared to be quite clean. We reported the problems and did receive an apology. Check-in date was 06-18-2025.

The staff was amazing. Amanda at the front desk was so helpful! The beds were a little stiff and the pillows were kind of flat, but she was great and gave me extra pillows to help with that.

We had to wait for nearly 1and 1/2 hours to get in our room after 3 pm check in time. It was a citywide high school reunion that weekend, so they should have arranged for extra help to accommodate such a large crowd.Also the TV remote did not work. However, the AC worked fine, beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast was good. We will try to stay somewhere else the next time.

I thought it was perfect! Enjoyed my stay would stay again! Very friendly atmosphere!

This hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only issues we had was the conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty and the fire alarm went off at 3:36 am for no apparent reason. I would also bring my own pillows. That being said, it’s one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in a long time and the breakfast was really good.
