Very good lots of choice

The hotel was lovely, good value for money, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Very close to centre. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Nothing to not like.

Location

The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were dirty towels left in the room, the carpet was dirty, and the toilet had urine left in it when we arrived. This made for a very disappointing first impression and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property.

Hotel itself was very clean and friendly. Good location. Unfortunately booking.com keeps trying to take money from account as no show when clearly I checked in.

Do not stay there. They may offer you an accessible room even if you booked a standard room through Booking.com. They openly stated that Booking.com makes errors and that they do not encourage bookings for standard rooms (single or double). This was misleading and not the room type we had booked or expected. Behaviour of the staff was disappointing. We were asked to stay somewhere else as they had no suitable rooms available and only offered accessible rooms, which had a strong foul smell and were in poor condition. The staff was unfriendly and rude throughout the interaction, making the experience even more unpleasant.
