Was for first night of honeymoon

Could've been better. No food or room service after 21:00

Business but thoroughly enjoyed it. Very relaxing in beautiful surroundings

Had a room where you could hear other guests coming and going. They were also very noisy at 02:00 in the morning. The standard of this room was not the same as the one before. Television volume was to loud at minimum setting.

the room was totally random - there was no even a coffee machine or coffee/tea station and not even a jug of water and glasses available in the room - I even had to go out to buy water at a nearby shop. the "lounge" had a boardroom table and chairs and a tv and fireplace but no couch. the receptionist was not friendly at all. this hotel is definitely not recommended for a romantic evening. I won't be back anytime soon. the cielo restaurant was superb but quite pricey. I'm afraid that the hotel was a complete let down!!!

I had a pleasant stay though for few hours, looking forward to spending quality time on my next visit

The staff were great! They made experience one to remember. They even gave me an upgrade on my room!

It's a really wonderful option for that area.

Couldn't find my booking for 1 hour. Plug sockets didn't work properly in room. Hotel very noisy, walls paper thin. Forgot to book me a car twice. Staff pocketing money personally for laundry and taxi services... The one redeeming feature was that the restaurant in the same grounds (Ciello) was excellent, great service and great food. That almost made it worth it.
