Beach Break Resort

Very clean and friendly

We got into our room and it was truly disgusting. The wall hangers for towels were permanently stained with mold and mildew. There were broken tiles in the shower. The drain was not fitted into the floor. The room was generally grungy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Disgusting. Just don't. Bathroom is old and filthy. Everything is beyond dingy and run down. I don't even have enough to say to fill the space but it's the worst hotel I've seen in 30 years of traveling. They only 'clean' every three days so you might expect they actually do something...

Facility and Location are great. Staff was not attentive and the room needs to be cleaner and updated.

Friendly staff, quiet area. Had a hard time figuring out how the shower actually worked… and the beach is good if you’re a surfer, otherwise you won’t like it at all. I just wanted to be near Manuel Antonio (which was like an hour and a half away) so it was good.

The Motel was right on the beach with a great restaurant next door. Our room was large with good lighting. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
