"Great hotel in the center of Puno"

We booked last minute for 2 nights due to blockades in Bolivia and we were positively surprised by the service and amenities of this hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable with warm showers all day. Breakfast was also available with great choices. We would recommend without hesitation. You can also walk to the main plaza and park (2min) and the nice restaurants are also nearby.

Great breakfast. They accommodate twin beds as 1 double under request. Staff service brilliant.

Shower drains a bit of water out. Toilet also drained a bit of water. Nothing serious.
