חדרי הסופריר היו גדולים ומרווחים ומאוד טובים. ארוחת בוקר טובה. צוות ידידותי

היינו לילה אחד נסענו לטיטיקאנה ולמחרת חזרנו ביקשנו מראש ללילה השני 2 חדרים טובים בקומה גבוהה. חדר הסופריור היה טוב. חדר הסטנדרט פנה לבניה של מלון אחר סמוך מאוד לחלון החדר. כשהחברים שלנו ביקשו להחליף היה רק חדר קטן עם מדרגה מסוכנת לשירותים

"First rate experience at Tierra Viva Puno Plaza Hotel"

The hotel staff was superlative, attentive to our every need. The breakfast staff, headed by Flor, provided excellent service, presenting multiple options for our breakfast fare. An unusual feature of our four-night stay is that two of our five members had birthdays. Flor and her staff produced delicious birthday cakes on consecutive mornings, and sang Happy Birthday to the lucky recipients. I highly recommend the Tierra Viva Hotel.

"Very Good"

Front desk were very helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport and packed breakfast for us as we left early. Comfy beds and good shower.

My room window looked onto a building site at the same level as my room, so I had to keep the curtains shut.

The front desk staff were very helpful. My parents had a suite which they were very happy with. It came with free drinks from the mini fridge! I had a single room which was great as well.

View from the rooms was a building site.

Czyste, bardzo wygodne pokoje. Super uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Duża łazienka. Grzejnik w pokoju. Przyzwoite śniadanie. Mega wygodne łóżko. Poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju, bo ten który mi przydzielono był zimny i ciemny, moją prośbę spełniono i dostałem o niebo lepszy pokój.

Śniadanie było zbyt ubogie.

Das Personal, besonders Gina, Mirian und Diana, sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich habe 2x hier übernachtet. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich ein schönes, ruhiges Zimmer in dem ich hervorragend geschlafen habe.

Beim 2. Mal hat das nächtliche Abholen vom Busterminal leider nicht geklappt und mein Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Fahrstuhlschacht. Das hat meinen Schlaf leider beeinträchtigt, da man den Fahrstuhl doch laut gehört hat.
