Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ontario at Ontario Mills, CA

I loved the location.

I am usually greeted with a smile and warm cookies and the music in the lobby was a great added comfort.

Not much.

We paid extra fir the jacuzzi tub. Didn’t work and we complained to 3 different staff members. One guy said they were aware but the maintenance guy said it was fine but it didn’t work. There was no body wash restocked, ran out of toilet paper because they never left not one single roll. There were some very iffy people there. Did not feel safe and the furniture was very dirty and stained.

I would stay here again no complaints like the fact that I was on the second floor room 224 close to the elevator because I have severe back issues so did not have far to walk. Breakfast was decent basic overall I would stay here again..

It was good no complaints. I would stay here again, like the fact that I was only on the second floor room 224 because I have severe back issues not far to walk at all like the fact that it’s across the street from the Ontario Mills mall, and quite a few other businesses and restaurants.

My first time staying at this hotel prices were good and it’s right across from the Ontario mills mall and a lot of other places around there I like that my room was on the second floor and right off the elevator because I have severe back issues and so room 224 worked for me 👍🏾 I would stay here again breakfast was decent and for the most part it’s pretty quiet.
