Convenient & safe location. Friendly staff. They had the room configuration I was looking for (bedroom separated from the living area by a door). Top floor was quiet -- We didn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms (though I'm not sure they were even occupied).

Furnishings were worn. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Loud humming noise in the first room assigned, but the front desk staff quickly offered a different room.
