excellent location good transport links if required otherwise easy to drive to other areas, some good walks from Howarth itself

Great location, room was well presented and comfortable and clean. Lovely fluffy towels.

Cosy family run establishment. Great food. Very friendly and made to feel at home. Would go again but would plump for a bigger room than top floor rooms.

An excellent break in a beautiful area. Comfy quirky place with excellent dining. Small issue with WiFi but minor irritation.

Was a lovely stay. Welcomed by a young man called Joe who was very helpful. Room was lovely and breakfast was extremely tasty, using all local produce. Will definitely stay again to try the evening meal in restaurant as, unfortunately it isn't open on Sundays! Good reason to return!

Very nice hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is that being up on the top full, my bathroom had a very low ceiling ( maybe 3' tall) over the toilette. Even with being careful, I kept hitting my head on it.

This hotel is lovely and quirky, with all the traditional deco you would expect. Lovely rooms, and nice bedding. Would definitely return and recommend.

Great break in quirky B&B . Very comfortable bed and very warm bathroom. Staff were very good and the food including dinner was very good . We will definitely come back to this lovely house.
