Location. Clean and comfortable

Shower was weak and water went from cold to hot, back and forth and last morning there was no hot water

Comfortable bed, nice interior design, nice big TV. Good location a stones throw from kemptown high street for good food selection and the beach. And a short walk into the city centre.

The water pressure on the 3rd floor deluxe room was abysmal, meaning the shower didn't work most of the time. And it meant standing in the shower for a long time without water, until the pressure came back on. I suspect you would need to shower when others are not in the hotel. It did put a big downer on the stay, and the hotel wouldn't offer a partial refund, but booking.com did.

There was an attempt to make the room nice. There was some thought and some nice touches.

Poorly finished all around. No obvious place to plug in the kettle so was on the floor, shower ran hot and cold, only 3 cost hangers one was broken. Iron supplied but no ironing board. Bath moved around when you tried to get in. Door security was lapse, feel mildy unsafe and not particularly secure, especially during the day.

Very good and easy to check in etc.

Our room had a cupboard with one hanger in it!! Also the shower head didn’t stay up!

It was so lovely, clean and close to the beach.
