A great selection of Healthy items meeting the dietary requirements for all specific diets without having to request any changes . The hot food was hot , the cold items cold , food utensils, equipment,cutlery and crockery clean . Staff helpful if needed .

My second stay. Convenient location. Excellent price. Quiet. The bed was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if the price was competitive but I would request a room on the lower floors

My room was on the top floor. The room was quite small. It was very warm overnight (stayed early May). It would be extremely hot in the summer. A mirror in the room would have been useful and some power sockets by the bed. The shower was terrible. Not at all powerful and alternated between cold and scorching.

I never went there, the property told me they are not able to charge my card, asked me to update my card details which I didn’t update. It still says on booking that the property was not able to process the payment but they did without updating or informing me. I never received any check in information, and when I contacted the property they said I checked in and checked out. How?? I asked them to explain and help and they provided zero support. They said I need to contact booking, booking also gave them a call and they didn’t respond. They are still saying that my reservation is valid and I checked in and checked out.

Horrible experience so far. They charged me without informing me, even though they sent me an email saying that my card is invalid. I never received any notification that my card was charged at the end.

Shower barely worked and when it did it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The room was the size of a shoebox, half the plugs didn’t work, door handles were hanging off, the bed was terrible
