Lovely lady, comfortable bed and everything we needed. Great breakfast too!

Sharon the owner was very sweet and friendly.Teddy the labrador was nice company in the morning. Good to have a lovely cooked breakfast. I would stay here again.

We loved absolutely everything! Sharon and Neil were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We just felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our room was so comfortable as was the bed. Despite Storm Babet we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would love to return when we’re next in Eastbourne.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Bay Lodge. Our room, and the bed, was very comfortable. We had a nice veranda which we enjoyed sitting out. We were made to feel very welcome by Sharon the owner who was very helpful. We had two very good breakfasts during our stay.

We had a lovely two night stay here and it was excellent in all respects. Sharon is a wonderful, friendly host. The location was spot on for exploring. Breakfast was great. Will come again one day

Nothing not to like, the hosts Neil and Sandra were exceptional. Room very clean, excellent breakfast. Free parking. Nothing was too much trouble, we'll definitely stay again :)

Marvellous, Magnificent, Wonderful, Brilliant, Excellent, Fantastic, Fabulous, Splendid & Amazing!! This is a wonderful place to stay. We had an excellent spacious room (room 4), a great comfy bed, tasty well-cooked breakfasts and it is run by lovely people. You won’t find better.

I had a very enjoyable stay. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Sharon & Neil helpful and friendly. Located approx 15 mins walk from the pier and Carpet Gardens, but has bus stops very close. I would be happy to stay there again.
